Before initiating contact, we conduct research into comparable transactions, ownership history, and current market conditions. This establishes a defensible range for negotiation and helps clients set realistic acquisition parameters.

We manage all communications with the selling party, structure the terms of the transaction, and coordinate escrow and transfer. Our involvement continues through verification of domain delivery and post-closing documentation.
