How It Works

Our Process

Back to Home

Identity domain transactions require clarity and discretion. Every engagement is handled directly — no intermediaries, no ambiguity. Here is exactly what to expect.

01

Initial Inquiry

A short inquiry begins the process.

You reach out with a brief note about the domain you're interested in — or the type of identity domain you're looking for. There's no lengthy form and no commitment required. I review every inquiry personally and respond within one business day.

02

Discussion

We align on intent and structure.

A short conversation — by email or phone — to understand your intended use, timeline, and any specific requirements. This step ensures the domain is the right fit and allows me to recommend the most appropriate acquisition structure for your situation.

03

Negotiation

Terms are handled privately and fairly.

Pricing and terms are discussed directly, without unnecessary intermediaries. My goal is a fair agreement that reflects the domain's market value and the buyer's long-term interest. All discussions remain strictly confidential.

04

Secure Transfer

The domain moves through a trusted channel.

Once terms are agreed, the domain is transferred through a reputable registrar or a third-party escrow service such as Escrow.com. Funds are held in escrow until the domain is confirmed in the buyer's account — protecting both parties throughout the transaction.

05

Completion

Ownership confirmed. Transaction closed.

After the domain is verified in your registrar account, escrow is released and the transaction is formally closed. You receive confirmation of full ownership. The process ends cleanly, with no loose ends.

Security & Trust

How Secure Transfer Works

Escrow Protection

For transactions where both parties prefer added assurance, a third-party escrow service such as Escrow.com holds the funds until the domain is confirmed in the buyer's account. Neither party is exposed.

Registrar-Level Transfer

Domains are transferred directly between registrar accounts using standard authorization codes. Ownership is verified at the registrar level before any funds are released.

Buyer Confidentiality

In acquisition advisory engagements, the buyer's identity is never disclosed to the selling party during negotiation. Discretion is maintained throughout the entire process.

Clean Documentation

Every transaction closes with written confirmation of ownership transfer. Records are kept for both parties, ensuring a clean and auditable chain of title.

The method used for each transfer is agreed upon during the discussion phase and is always chosen to protect both parties equally. No transaction closes until ownership is fully verified.
